Jason Linder advises corporations and executives on government and regulatory actions, internal investigations and corporate compliance matters, and white collar criminal defense. At Irell he led the Global Investigations and White Collar Criminal Defense practice. His focus is representing companies and individuals before the US Department of Justice, US Attorney’s Offices around the country and the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as other US and international law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
