Alejandra joined Lippman Jungers in 2019 and is a Managing Director in Los Angeles. She has played a key role in securing successful partner placements across many of our noteworthy deals. Her experience includes working with top firms in the AmLaw on a national level, focusing primarily on California and New York markets. Having previously been at Latham & Watkins, she brings a wealth of knowledge about the legal marketplace and utilizes her background in BigLaw to better serve our clients.
Alejandra’s strong interpersonal and communication skills make her a valuable asset to our team. She has forged meaningful relationships with top AmLaw 100 firm leaders and key decision makers, and works hand-in-hand with them to achieve successful hires. She works strategically to identify opportunities in the lateral market and is committed to helping our clients attain their needs and growth goals. Alejandra takes a personable approach with candidates and takes the time to understand their practice needs and long-term goals. By staying on top of legal trends, she uses her valuable insight to coach candidates and guides them through every step of the recruiting process.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University. A Minnesota native, Alejandra now resides in Los Angeles and enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, running by the beach, and horseback riding.
