Alejandra Nagel

Alejandra works closely with our lead recruiters and has played a vital role in securing successful partner placements across many of our noteworthy deals.  Her experience includes working with top firms on a national level, focusing primarily on Southern and Northern California markets.  Having previously been at Latham & Watkins, she brings a wealth of knowledge about the legal marketplace and utilizes her background in BigLaw to better serve our clients.

Alejandra’s strong interpersonal and communication skills make her a valuable asset to our team.  She has forged meaningful relationships with top AmLaw 100 firm leaders and recruiting managers, and works hand-in-hand with them to achieve successful hires.  She works strategically to identify opportunities in the lateral market and is committed to helping our clients attain their needs and growth goals.  By staying on top of legal trends, Alejandra uses her valuable insight to coach candidates and guides them through every step of the recruiting process.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University.  A Minnesota native, Alejandra now resides in Los Angeles and enjoys being social, traveling, and running outdoors.  She loves to lead a healthy lifestyle, but her guilty pleasure is her ongoing mission to find the best margaritas in town.
