Sabina started representing law firm partners in 2000 and has placed well over 550 partners over the last decade, and has opened offices for firms throughout the United States and Asia. She has recently been chosen by three AmLaw firms with new offices to spearhead the addition of top tier partners and groups to help client firms gain immediate cachet in new markets.
Before co-founding Lippman Jungers LLC, Sabina was a name partner at the firm then known as Watanabe Nason Schwartz & Lippman.
Sabina has made partner and group placements in: Los Angeles; San Francisco; Silicon Valley; Chicago, New York; Washington, DC; Seattle; Shanghai; Beijing and Hong Kong.
Law firm upper management and legal journalists frequently consult with Sabina on issues concerning partnership compensation and lateral movement, and strategic analysis of particular markets and practices. She has also been quoted and published on issues of women and the law.
Sabina received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from MIT. She previously practiced law at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and at Alschuler, Grossman, Stein & Kahan, specializing in business, employment and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to her legal career, Sabina was a product management supervisor at Ford Motor Company. She also worked in marketing at IBM-Tokyo and served as director of business development at an entertainment internet company. While at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, she developed several information systems that are currently used in the field by the United States Air Force.
