David D’Urso and Elazar Guttman have joined Sidley Austin as partners in their Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practice. David represents investment funds, family offices and their portfolio companies in complex merger and acquisition transactions and financings. Elazar advises private equity firms and their companies on a variety of domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts and other complex transactions. Both join from Akin Gump.
