Eric Newsom joins Sheppard Mullin in San Francisco from Manatt. Eric’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, complex domestic and international joint ventures, and corporate governance and compliance matters with emphasis on the technology and healthcare industries.
