Jon Olsen has joined the Goodwin as a partner in technology M&A group, working both in San Diego and Santa Monica. Jon started his career at Sullivan & Cromwell in 2007 and joins Goodwin from DLA Piper where he was elevated to partner in 2017. Jon represents sellers and acquirers in mergers and acquisitions transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments. He has significant experience in cross-border transactions in more than 30 international jurisdictions including Europe, The Middle East, South America and Asia. He also represents corporate venture groups and international emerging growth companies. Jon’s addition will continue to strengthen Goodwin’s robust M&A platform and greatly benefit their client base as they increasingly engage in more cross-border transactions.
