Greg joins from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. He was a member of Akin Gump’s firm-wide management committee and co-head of the retail industry group. He served as partner in charge of Akin’s Los Angeles office from 2018 to 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in employment litigation representing clients in a range of industries including entertainment, retail, sports, technology, transportation, financial services and health care. He has represented companies in complex employment disputes involving wage and hour issues, sexual harassment and arbitration compulsion, as well as issues specific to California law. Over the course of his career, Greg has built a track record of successful arguments before state and federal courts and has obtained dismissals of class actions in dozens of high-profile, high-stakes matters.
