Jason joins Alston & Bird as a partner in their Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources Group. He focuses his practice on products liability and toxic torts, California’s Unfair Competition Law and anti-SLAPP statutes, class actions, Lanham Act and false advertising, environmental litigation, Proposition 65, Consumers Legal Remedies Act, and other California consumer protection statutes. Jason has been recognized by the Southern California Super Lawyers since 2013. On behalf of his clients, he reduces complex issues to understandable concepts for judges and juries wrestling with constitutional defenses and arguments, including those under the First Amendment, Commerce Clause, Article III, and federal preemption under the Supremacy Clause.
