Joshua Hamilton joins Latham and Watkins from Paul Hastings. Josh is an accomplished litigator of securities and complex disputes. He has served as lead trial lawyer in high stakes disputes representing public and private companies and their executives at trial in both securities class actions and shareholder derivative class actions. Josh has also successfully led significant matters for financial institutions and investment funds in both the private equity and hedge fund space. He frequently counsels clients on litigation and regulatory proceedings initiated by the SEC and other government agencies and represents special committees of board of board of directors in internal investigations.
