Lior was previously a leader in Alston & Bird’s corporate and securities practice. His practices focuses the areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, and also encompasses intellectual property. He has worked with many of the leading technology companies that have created the information technology and life science revolutions of the last 25 years. In addition, Lior worked for several years in Tel Aviv, Tokyo and Hong Kong, and has also been seconded to Fortune 500 technology companies as in-house counsel in California, Israel and Japan.
