Lou Cohen, joins Foley & Lardner Locke Lord; Lou is the former International Chair of Locke Lord’s Real Estate Department and a former leader of DLA’s Real Estate Department. Lou’s real estate practice involves commercial acquisitions and dispositions, development, venture structuring and formation for domestic and international clients investing in U.S. property, leasing, lending, restructuring and workouts. Lou’s sports franchise and sports facilities development practice addresses the development, financing, leasing and media/sponsorship/naming of professional sports stadia, as well as the acquisition and disposition of interests in professional sports franchises.
