Manoj Bhargava, together with Ankit Kashyap and two associates, joins Sidley Austin from Jones Day. Manoj, a capital markets partner, concentrates his practice on IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements representing issuers, investment banks, and investors. He has led offerings and listings on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and many other stock exchanges including in Mumbai, London and Singapore. Highly regarded for his capital markets and India practice, he also assists clients on complex transactions including with respect to M&A and private equity.
