Michael Frank joins Sidley & Austin from Morrison & Foerster

Michael Frank joins Sidley & Austin in Palo Alto from Morrison & Foerster as a partner in the Employee Benefits practice. Michael focuses his practice on advising companies on executive compensation and employee benefits issues with an emphasis on the compensation and benefits aspects of corporate transactions. He has advised companies on issues related to their equity and cash-based incentive programs and has also counseled clients on the design and implementation of non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, including Section 409A rules and on the proxy disclosure of public company compensation information. Michael represents both private and public companies and his clients range from Fortune 500 companies to emerging growth companies.
