The placement of Richard Zelichov as a Los Angeles-based partner with Katten Muchin. Prior to joining Katten, Mr. Zelichov was in the litigation group of Irell & Manella in Los Angeles. Mr. Zelichov focuses his practice on securities litigation matters and business tort disputes. His experience includes the defense of corporate executives in a variety of civil securities matters and SEC and Department of Justice investigations. He has also defended a wide range of companies and their executives in securities class actions.
