Wilson Sonsini’s acquisition of international tax partner Jonathan Zhu in Palo Alto, who formerly practiced with Heller Ehrman. Zhu has significant experience with federal income tax planning for domestic and foreign investors in a broad spectrum of U.S. investment assets, including technology companies, real estate, infrastructure, and financial assets. He also regularly advises foreign clients regarding U.S. tax issues arising from non-investment activities.
